THE GREATEST ARTIST

I walked out tonight to look at the stars,
I saw the moon and then there was mars.
It was a beautiful sight to behold,
On a background of blue, the moon was so bold. 
Many beautiful pictures does God reveal,
He gave us His Word, then put His seal,
Like the majestic rainbow He placed in the sky,
If we'll read His Word, He'll tell us why. 
The autumn forest in all its splendor,
With words to describe I cannot render,
But with brush and paint He did not spare,
Can you think of another who uses such care. 
He made the world a beautiful place,
For all to see, the whole human race,
The mountains, the canyons, the oceans, the streams,
Everywhere one looks there's beauty it seems. 
So, thank you God for this wonderful  trust,
To preserve this beauty and surely we must,
For others to enjoy, to look, to see,
The most beautiful of all, You living in me.
